Horizontal Working Party on Drugs (HDG) meeting

The Horizontal Working Party on Drugs (HDG) is the Council’s main forum for discussing and coordinating drug policy. It brings together representatives from all EU countries to exchange information, develop common positions and prepare decisions for ministers.

The group works closely with EU agencies such as the EUDA and Europol, as well as with international organisations and non-EU countries, to share expertise and strengthen cooperation on global drug challenges.
